This is traditionally achieved with implants, it can also be done by applying own fat or in a hybrid way (combining implants and fat).

Before and after

Improve the appearance of the overall body figure

Breast augmentation is currently the most demanded surgery in our country.

Many women need a larger chest size to harmonize their figure, with a more consistent and proportionate appearance. In order for the process to be as easy and satisfactory as possible, it is advisable to let yourself be guided by the plastic surgeon.

Frequently asked questions about breast augmentation

The implants can be placed under the breast tissue or under the pectoral muscle. The incision is made over the inframammary fold, alternatively they can be placed through an incision around the areola or armpit.

Breast implants are made of an outer layer of silicone and an inner layer of silicone gel. They can be round or with a breast profile similar to a natural (anatomical) breast. Any of them gives good results. The average life of breast implants is 10 years or more, although some implants can remain without causing any problems for up to 20 years.

Surgery is usually done under general anesthesia.

The surgeon uses a small incision to create a "pocket" to allow room for the implant. Once the implant is placed, the incisions will be closed and bandaged. In general, the entire procedure takes less than two hours.

Recovery varies from patient to patient. On average, full recovery ranges from four to six weeks. Most patients will feel substantially better from the week of surgery, but it is recommended to maintain light activity and not do strenuous exercise or gain weight until 6 weeks after surgery.
